Shipping policy

 

At our checkout we offer multiple ways of delivery. We use Australia post to get to the places we cannot get to in time. We also offer Local delivery within Sydney. Local delivery is subject to a radius we cover.

Shipping through Australia Post

At our checkout if you are to choose to have our product sent through Australia we pack the product fresh off the shelf, package it and drop off to Australia post by next business day and is subject to Australia post's shipping policy and timing estimate.

Shipping times can vary from 1-2 days if in Sydney and 2-5 days if in other states.

We do not always have the smoothest encounters with Australia Post, we understand Humans are not perfect and can make mistakes. In order for our services to become the best they can be we rely on our customers feedback.

If your goods are received and are damaged or broken or any other reason. We would highly appreciate you contact us via our contact form and we can get your issue resolved either through sending out another order or a full refund (Subject to photos of packaging externally and internally.)

Shipping using our Local Delivery

We offer next day delivery if ordered before 12:30pm. We offer local delivery only within a 45KM radius off Bass Hill, NSW 2197 With a minimum order of 30 dollars.
